Ron Paul's diag appearance conflicts with the Jeff Toobin thing at Borders, so I guess I'll have to wait a little longer to see someone run for president.

The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals goes through the most hilarious contortion to claim that President Bush is acting at the low ebb of Justice Jackson's Executive Power. They go through some fun hoops to disregard an executive order. The appeal is being argued in front of the US Supreme Court tomorrow at 10.
